Dustin, Robyn  and David were so great in helping us see our dream come true.  Collier County made it really difficult but these guys hung in there and got it done.  The crew was great and James, the electrician, did a wonderful job on running electric to the hut and installing the fans.  Well worth the wait!

We had a great experience with office staff as they were very professional. Our crew that did the job were very hard working and professional.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cat 5 Hurricane Ian, 8'+ flood waters, 160+mph winds, neighborhood decimated. Our Southern X Chickee is standing just FINE! 50+/- homes in my neighborhood have roof damage, but the Chickee all-in-all is fine and useable. We do need to smooth out a few fronds, but it survived the strongest hurricane in history! Southern X was FAST (in 2 days) BUILT our 16'X16' Chickee in 2021, and we enjoy it EVERYDAY! I am a Florida Native, and a Building Contractor. I have seen hundreds of Chickee huts, and I chose Southern X to build mine! Experience is important! I would use them again without hesitation!

I had intended to reach out to Dustin who had been my main contact with the company and went out of his way to meet with my roofer replacing old roof AFTER I had installed my new tiki hut. Word to the wise: do roof, THEN tiki hut . I credit my tiki hut for my home surviving incalculable damage. I failed to put up wind covers on the windows and door under the hut, thinking the storm would be a Cat 3 or less. Incredibly, the windows and door held in part BECAUSE of the hut which really took the full force (yup, a bit fluffed). I am so grateful to the angels that whispered in my ear that day when Dustin was making his pitch. I truly believe that hut saved the day ! My many thanks to all the crew at Southern Cross for delivering a quality product I will continue to enjoy for years to come. Just wish I had spent the money sooner

It survived Hurricane Ian with flying colors.  Not a single frond was blown off the Tiki.  I sent a photo of of the Tiki after the Hurricane to Carla.
